The training is structured into five 8-hour days, each focusing on different aspects crucial for the effective delivery of the boxing classes. The content incorporates practical boxing techniques, therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), alongside critical teaching strategies to engage and inspire participants.
