Through adaptive boxing and fitness classes, rehabilitation programs, mental health support, and community-building events, our mission is to create safe spaces where individuals of all abilities can thrive.

Our Leadership
Born and raised in Ahoskie, NC, Creainshew "CJ" Jones grew up with a strong foundation of family support from both parents. His academic journey began at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), where he attended for two years before being stationed in Hawaii. There, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1990. Continuing his passion for mental health and child development, CJ earned his Master of Science in Child Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) in 2001.
